Welcome to FlipClock. This agreement is between you and Shanghai Weiyu Rusu Network Design Co., Ltd. By using FlipClock, you agree to these terms.

FlipClock provides flip clock, countdown, notes, schedule, widgets, and related tools.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app illegally or infringe others' rights;
• Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service;
• You are responsible for content you create locally.

FlipClock software and branding are owned by the Company.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages from network or third-party issues.

6. Changes

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
